Tina Hockler - Director of Human Resources

Tina Hockler has served the Authority since 1999, including eight years managing the Human Resources Department prior to becoming Director in 2021. Ms. Hockler currently oversees personnel, payroll, management of policies and procedures, health benefit administration, onboarding, training, and retirement administration for the agency. Ms. Hockler worked with all Departments to help establish new security personnel during the transition to All-Electronic Tolling at the Authority.
Ms. Hockler was born and raised in New York City. She received an associate’s degree in Independent Studies from SUNY Delhi and a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration in Natural Sciences from Empire State College. She eventually settled in the beautiful Hudson Valley Region to raise her family. She enjoys working for the public and she continues to work closely alongside her colleagues to help achieve the Authority’s mission.
